Martin "Marty" Dane Daniels

Martin "Marty" Dane Daniels - age 57 of Independence, MO passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024, in Independence, Missouri. Martin was born on June 4, 1966, the son of Melvin Ray and Sybol (Rogers) Daniels in Kansas City, MO.  Marty attended and graduated from Van Horn High School. He was a very intelligent and artistic person. Marty held a strong belief that Jesus Christ was his Lord and Savior and loved to read the Bible. Marty was a good and loving person. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. 

Marty was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Curtis Ray Daniels. He is survived by his children, Cody Jon Daniels, Chelsea Marie Daniels, Cianna Daniels, Curtis Daniels, and Sophia Daniels; and siblings, Linda (Mike) Hinton, Ruby Tarwater, Stephen Daniels, Susan Millsap, and John (Lanette) Daniels. Nieces, nephews, and other extended family members also survive. 
 
Graveside services will be held at 10 AM, Thursday, March 28th, 2024, at Mt. Washington Cemetery in Independence, MO. Arrangements entrusted to the care and direction of Stith Funeral Home in Polo (660) 354-2214. Online guestbook at www.stithfamilyfunerals.com
